This week stands as a turning point in the near future of this first part of the season ending in July. This is the week that I will try to get a higher volume of training trying to pass the 70km (if I can get to 80km) with mountain and not overloaded or injured. Head to the path, I will have done their best to arrive in good condition that is not enough, and enough for me.
yesterday to recover some of the end of 3 consecutive days of racing, 45 minutes plus 45 minutes of Pilates a circuit of weights with 8 exercises x 3 sets of 12 repetitions where exercising both the upper and lower load moderate. Finally, 15 minutes of abs. At the end to be a day to be recovered was not bad, with a great discovery for me that was the Pilates.
