Yesterday concluded training for Forts Trail 2011 with an output of the first three climbs of the race. 20 km controlling much since I left on Friday by the head another 13 miles and the legs felt a little heavy. Still, more than 2 hours of running in very, very good company (my brother, Toni, and people of Athletics La Manga).
