Southeast Hospital de Madrid has implemented a system appointment reminder to your patients by sending text messages (SMS) to mobile phone users, as reported by the Centre in a statement.
SMS aims to improve the management of health resources, because if the patient can not attend the event offered the opportunity to cancel or change it in advance, so that the query may be reassigned to another patient.
