TRAINING WITH MY BROTHERS
BROTHERS = "In most societies around the world, siblings usually grow up together and go together much of the childhood and youth, so they may have conflicts (often these conflicts are associated with a real brotherhood some phrases like "if they fight, they are not brothers" support this thesis.) The proximity and the deal that the brothers have to each be marked by the development of strong emotional associations such as love "(Wikipedia.org). In my case, the term brother is even more profound because I have the great good fortune to have around Joseph and Harvey. I think we've said on more occasions, and they are to me a reference and support influences me even when not fully close and I feel proud of what they do in life and how do . Also spread a tremendous vitality and serenity because they have a way of life that prevents them from being sad or angry (that I carried me in sharing). I could go on but I started this post with the idea that we have left the 3 on a dreary, rainy morning bound for Portman with the idea of \u200b\u200bmaking 3 hour ride on what will be the last train running on foot before Saturday comes. The route: Portman (ballast), road 33, road to FEVE, rise to the mills, down to the village, climb up the ridge to the battery and the Roman road down to the ballast. In total 2 hours & 5 minutes to 26.6 km. I left with many doubts with his knees but has gradually gone to the trouble and found a comfortable tran-tran has made me very full and complete with an overdose of motivation for the race. Then beer in the tavern fishermen where I talked about this video Berto Buenafuente. Laughter + mountain + running + family = day of fun.
Incidentally, today is the triathlon of Fuente Alamo and it seems the weather starts to improve a little. I hope that all participants are close to the time they have in their mind.
Strength and value.
